Cowlitz Indian Tribe to open new seafood restaurant at ilani

The Cowlitz Indian Tribe will open sámn Pacific Coast Kitchen, a new seafood restaurant at ilani which showcases some of the tribe’s “first foods,” or culturally meaningful foods that have sustained the Cowlitz people for centuries, Oct. 1. It will replace Line & Lure, which closed on Sept. 19.
