Council to purchase property to expand Recreation Complex - Leesville Leader

By Ashlyn Little The Leesville City Council on Monday agreed to purchase land from Mark McRae Properties in order to expand the Leesville Recreation Complex. The land, which is being purchased at an “as is” market value of $475,000, is located on Nolan Trace. The council authorized the mayor to sign and execute a cash sale deed for the property.
