Costa Rican authorities seized for the first time on Friday a shipment of liquid cocaine at sea, which was transported in a fishing boat manned by four people from the same country who will face drug trafficking charges. The Ministry of Public Security of Costa Rica (MSP) reported that such confiscation in the Pacific is “an unprecedented fact” in the country’s anti-drug struggle, which enjoyed the intelligence cooperation of the Colombian Navy.
