The countries that pledged to provide security guarantees to Ukraine on Thursday will do so in different ways, the European Commission said today after a meeting of the so-called coalition of the willing in Paris on Thursday. It explained that some of the 26 countries will send troops to Ukraine, while others will help strengthen the Ukrainian army.
