The Kern County coroner’s office on Tuesday released the name of the man who died in a collision May 18 on Highway 166, west of Old River Road. Luis Fernando Camacena, 21, of Bakersfield, was the driver of a vehicle who collided with another vehicle at 9:40 pm. He died at the scene. The California Highway Patrol is investigating.
