Controlled burn in northwest Rochester scheduled for Wednesday

ROCHESTER — The Rochester Fire Department will conduct a controlled burn and training exercise on Wednesday, Oct. 22, in the northwest corner of 60th Avenue Northwest (County State Aid Highway 44) and 19th Street Northwest.
