Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has appointed former Chief Ministers Ashok Gehlot, Bhupesh Baghel, and former Congress leader in the Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury as senior observers for the Bihar elections. The Congress party has also announced 41 District Election Observers to monitor election activities in each district of the state.
