Confiscation is not a covered peril under motor insurance policies. President of the General Insurance Association of Barbados, Andrea Walton, says that in such cases, the insured party will lose all claims. She was responding to concerns raised following the recent automotive scam uncovered by the Barbados Police Service over the weekend.
