Concord Township man indicted for murder in death of Debra Moore

A Concord Township man has been indicted by the Lake County grand jury on nine counts that include aggravated murder for the death of a woman in April. Brian K. Doerner was indicted on July 12 for the April 12 killing of Debra Moore.
