CONCORD, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A low-lying Concord road is closed indefinitely after being flooded Thursday morning.  Click here to see our latest Pinpoint Weather forecast! 🌤️🌦️ The bridge over Stough Road is closed after heavy rains brought Wolf Meadow Branch over its banks and over the bridge between Roberta Road and Pebblebrook Circle SW. This is near the entrance to Frank Liske Park.  The road was most recently flooded May 13.
