Company used dead doctor to win tender: he “stamped” hundreds of tests despite being deceased
A company based in Las Condes used a dead doctor to win a tender in a small town in Bío Bío. The company that won the public tender required -on a basis- to have a radiologist, but the municipality would later realize that the professional who appeared signing the exams had died even before the process opened. Hundreds of patient reports were questioned.
