Komerční banka has started to terminate contracts with clients who refuse to switch to the new internet banking system. It has refused to back down, saying that anyone who does not switch to the new system is out of luck. The saying “our customer is our master” does not apply to Komerční banka. It is more likely that Henry Ford, who said “our customer will get a car in any color if he chooses black”, has charmed it.
