Clay city meetings moved to W. Alan Summers Library until further notice

From Tribune staff reports CLAY, Ala.–Clay has moved all city meetings from City Hall to the W. Alan Summers Library until further notice. The city has had to move the meetings because the elevator in City Hall is currently out of service, making the council chambers not ADA accessible. City Manager Ronnie Dixon said they will have to rebuild the elevator to fit with new safety regulations, which could take months to complete.
