Area Track and Field: Pierz’s Jones qualifies for state in 3 events

COLLEGEVILLE — Pierz’s Aiden Jones qualified for state in three events at the Section 5-1A Championships Wednesday, May 28, at St. John’s University. Jones ran a first-place 11.17 in the 100-meter dash and a 22.68 in the 200 dash. He also anchored the Pioneers’ 4x100 relay that won in 43.91.
