WATERTOWN, NY — The City of Watertown will celebrate the spirit of agriculture and community during the annual Jefferson County Dairy Parade by temporarily renaming Washington Street as “Magic of Moo Avenue.” The renaming will be announced by Mayor Sarah V.C.
