Monday at noon the Sleepy Eye City Council held a special meeting for the second reading and approval of an ordinance to sell Lot 6, Block 1, Sleepy Hollow Fifth Addition to Dennis and Sharon Fromm. The lot, located in the city’s development south of St. Mary’s Street and west of 12th Avenue NE, is on St. Mary’s Street NE, across the street from Home Cemetery.
