Citizens Energy Group closes intersection of Stop 11 Road, Shelby Street in Indianapolis for sewer repairs

INDIANAPOLIS — Citizens Energy Group has closed the intersection of Stop 11 Road and Shelby Street. According to a press release, the closure will allow Citizens Energy employees and private contractors to excavate a portion of the roadway and complete underground sewer repairs.
