CHP Issues Silver Alert for Missing West Covina Woman

A Silver Alert was issued Thursday to help West Covina police locate a missing 75-year-old woman. Yuying Zhang was last seen at about 7 p.m. Thursday in the area of South Glendora Avenue and Lakes Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol. She was believed to have been on foot.
