The Ninth Court of Guarantee of Santiago has revoked on Wednesday the pretrial detention of the former mayor of Maipú, Cathy Barriga, and has ordered the precautionary measure of total house arrest for the psychologist and exfigure of television, who is investigated for fraud against the Treasury and forgery of public instrument.
