Warsaw, together with social partners and research institutions, launched a campaign aimed at raising awareness among parents and guardians about the dangers that await the youngest in the digital world. The campaign is intended to draw attention to the negative impact of screens and online content on children's development and psyche.
Screen addiction, especially in children, has a known negative impact on their growth and development. But finding the right balance when it comes to screen time has become a real challenge for parents. How can you set effective limits without creating tension? We spoke with psychiatrist Amine Benyamina.
