FAYETTE COUNTY, Iowa -- The Fayette County Sheriff's Office in Iowa says a person was arrested on domestic abuse charges after a child handed a note asking for help to their bus driver. The Fayette County SO says their office received a report from Sumner-Fredericksburg School that a child had gotten on the bus and handed the driver a note that read "Call 911" on Wednesday.
