CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A North Carolina appeals court has ruled that Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) cannot claim immunity in a child sexual abuse lawsuit tied to incidents that happened on school property and at a local church.
