DULUTH, Minn. – A woman is threatened with a knife after walking in on an active domestic assault, charges allege. Ray Charles Brantley, 65, is charged with second-degree terroristic threats and domestic assault for an incident that occurred at an apartment on the 200 block of North 2nd Ave East around 3:00 a.m. Sunday.
