At least 20 neighborhoods in Tijuana have been without drinking water since the morning of November 20th, due to a leak in a water line located in the Bosque de las Araucarias neighborhood, according to information from the Tijuana State Public Services Commission (CESPT). Water service remains suspended until further notice. Details follow.
