- Mumbai, Nov 25 — Actress Celina Jaitly filed a domestic violence complaint alleging severe emotional, physical, sexual and verbal abuse by husband Peter Haag, seeking Rs 50 Crores damages, Rs 10 lakh monthly maintenance, and protection for her Mumbai residence.
- At the Delhi High Court, Jaitly's writ petition over Major Vikrant Kumar Jaitly's nine-month enforced disappearance and detainment drew Justice Sachin Datta's notice, directing the Government to file a status report and appoint a nodal officer.
- Her filing also lists alleged property and personal-item losses, including Haag securing ownership of her Indian property, selling the Vienna property in July, and confiscating her Miss India crown and sash.
- The Andheri magistrate court issued notice to Haag and scheduled a December 12 hearing, while Jaitly seeks unhindered virtual and telephonic access to her children.
- Having met in Dubai, Jaitly later moved between Dubai and Singapore for Peter Haag's assignments and says she gave up acting after her children's birth.
