Judge Judy's Son Will Have His Own Network Courtroom Show, CBS Announces
CBS Media Ventures renews eight shows and adds three new series including Adam's Law, expanding its lineup with seven of the top 10 syndicated titles this season.
CBS Media Ventures announced its 2026-2027 programming slate on Wednesday, featuring eight series renewals and two new titles to strengthen its syndication portfolio.
Headlining the new additions is "Adam's Law," a legal series starring Judge Adam Levy, a former Putnam County District Attorney and son of Judge Judy Sheindlin, who recently served on Amazon Prime's "Tribunal Justice."
Returning programs include "Entertainment Tonight" for its 46th season, "Inside Edition" for its 39th, and "Hot Bench" for its 13th. Sony-produced "Jeopardy!" and "Wheel of Fortune" continue through 2027-2028.
John Budkins, executive vice president of programming and syndication production for CBS Media Ventures and Stations, stated the company remains committed to original programming amid NBCUniversal's recent cancellation of "Access Hollywood."
CMV expanded its slate by securing distribution rights for the Alfonso Ribiero era of "AFV" and adding "American Mayhem," described as high-energy extreme video programming, to its lineup.
