According to reports, these men allegedly acted in protest against several days of blackout in the Martissant and Fontamara neighbourhoods, which they controlled. Two EDH vehicles, assigned to Carrefour 1 power station, were confiscated. This electric rationing was the direct result of a short circuit caused by gunfire in the Carrefour-Feuilles district.
