A total of 15 detainees, 14 of them in flagrante delicto, were the result of a special regional round held on Wednesday afternoon in the Antofagasta Region, as part of a comprehensive security strategy promoted by the Carabineros Zone. The operation contemplated the deployment of 117 Carabineros, mostly from administrative work, who joined the usual contingent, and this reinforced patrols and inspections in different parts of the region.
