CAPREIT Acquires Central LI Senior Living Property

CAPREIT, a fully integrated real estate operating company that owns and manages more than $6 billion of multifamily assets in the U.S., has acquired Broadway West, a senior living community in the central Long Island community of Brentwood, NY.
