With the appointment decisions published in the Official Gazette, a change of leadership has taken place at the General Directorate of State Opera and Ballet. Barış Salcan was dismissed from his position, and composer and musician Can Atilla was appointed in his place.
President Erdoğan implemented his decision to appoint and dismiss key figures in important institutions. Accordingly, Can Atilla was appointed as the General Director of the State Opera and Ballet. Changes also occurred in the Social Security Institution, the Ministries of Culture and Tourism and National Defense, and the General Directorate of Foundations.
