BYD Launches The Sealion 06 EV And PHEV In China

As we reported, BYD launched the Sealion 06 EV and DM-i in China yesterday on 24 July 2025. There are a total of five variants of the car; three of which are EVs, while the other two are plug-in hybrids (PHEVs). In terms of design, the Sealion 06 comes with parallell split headlights which – although stylish – still give off a slightly eerie vibe.
