- Bybit's achievement followed its In-Principle Approval from the SCA in February 2025, which involved guidance from Abu Dhabi's Blockchain Centre.
- With this new license, Bybit is now authorized to offer supervised trading, brokerage, asset safeguarding, and fiat currency exchange services to both individual and institutional customers throughout the UAE.
