The BVG has been on strike again since the morning, there are no underground and trams and hardly any buses in Berlin. An agreement on a new collective agreement is pending - an indefinite strike is not excluded.
Collective bargaining between BVG and Verdi without result
Since January, local transport in the German capital has been largely silent on several occasions – last two days at a time. Now, a considerably longer strike could occur on Berlin passengers: because, according to BVG, there was no rapprochement in the sixth round of collective bargaining with Verdi.
