'Business Partner' Bolle Jos Wants Court to Re-Hear Case

Isaac B., sentenced to twelve years in prison for importing very large quantities of cocaine, wants the Amsterdam court to retry his criminal case, because he was not present at his trial. He says he was not aware that there was a criminal case against him. His case is now on appeal.

The new courthouse in the prison in Vught was used for the first time on Wednesday. Rotterdam resident Isaac ‘Bom’ B. (30) had the ‘honour’ of being the first prisoner of the EBI to have a hearing in this ‘Extra secure courtroom’.
