Four migrant workers from Afghanistan and Pakistan died on Tuesday 2 June, burned alive in a car south of Calabria. An analysis of the Italian register of CAP aid shows that the farm in which the victims worked and their employers received nearly 900,000 euros of European subsidies between 2024 and 2025.
