Burger King Franchiser Committed More than 1,600 Child Labor Law Violations, Wisconsin Alleges
- On Friday, Wisconsin's Department of Workforce Development determined Cave Enterprises Operations LLC violated child labor laws 1,656 times and ordered $237,437.29 paid to impacted workers.
- DWD's Equal Rights Division opened an investigation after department records showed 33 separate complaints and reviewed minor employment from Jan. 1, 2023 through Jan. 25, 2025, finding widespread violations.
