A photo of a fake bill from luxury car brand Bugatti to Olena Selenska, the wife of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, is circulating on social networks. More than four million euros are said to have been spent on a vehicle. According to reports, however, there is a pro-Russian disinformation campaign behind this.
