A new homes development in Bridlington that will offer high quality homes to local people has hit a key construction milestone after it topped out, ahead of work completing in late spring.

Bridlington town-centre housing development reaches topping-out stage

A new council housing development in Bridlington town centre has reached the topping-out stage, with construction progressing toward completion in spring 2026. The scheme is being delivered by East Riding of Yorkshire Council for its Housing Revenue Account, with Hobson & Porter appointed as principal contractor through the YORbuild framework.
