BAXTER — Nick Miller’s dad got him into Legos when he was 8 years old and they started collecting Medieval Lego Castles complete with little kings on tiny horses. Miller suspects all those castles may have played a role in his getting a history degree, although he’s most known across the lakes area for his culinary skills and multiple restaurants he was part of opening over the years.
