BREWSTER — Kyle Joseph McBreen, 38, of Brewster, is charged in Jackson County with second-degree assault and threats of violence, both felonies. According to the law enforcement report, at 3 a.m. March 21, the Jackson County Sheriff’s office received a report of shots fired at a rural Brewster residence.
