Bressanone, hotel refuses to host the leader of the German extreme right Alexander Gauland: 'Incompatible with us'

A South Tyrolean hotel has declared Alexander Gauland an unwanted guest. The four-star hotel, where the AfD honorary chairman was a regular guest for many years, justified his decision on personal reasons and Gauland's political stance.

For decades, Alexander Gauland has been a regular guest at a four-star hotel in South Tyrol. But that is now over: the owner has personally informed the former AfD leader that she no longer wants to see him in her hotel. Gauland is causing "unrest" in the hotel.

The AfD politician should look for another hotel for future visits to South Tyrol. The operator of the "Elephant" in Brixen says that this has personal and partly ideological reasons.
