WATERTOWN, NY —  U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents conducted a traffic stop Thursday morning in the parking lot of a business at 445 Coffeen Street, resulting in the detention of four individuals. At approximately 7 a.m. on Thursday, July 10, agents in an unmarked SUV pulled over a Jeep Renegade.
