Ariful Islam Arif, a worker at a light engineering firm, decided to set up his own venture – AP Metal Industries – in Bogura with Tk7 lakh in 2018. Today, his company employs around 100 people directly or indirectly, and it has an annual turnover of Tk12 crore.
