ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - The Anderson County Coroner's Office reported that a body has been found in Anderson. Authorities said that a bystander reported a woman found laying on the beach and was unresponsive. The coroner's office stated the victim was lying on the ground sunbathing, and had likely died as a result of an underlying medical condition. The death has been ruled as natural.
