The Boston Licensing Board yesterday approved plans by Maple & Ash, a Chicago-based steak place, to ease the Seaport's critical high-end steak shortage with an outlet at 131 Seaport Blvd, that would have 140 indoor seats and 56 seats on a glass-enclosed second-floor patio - and a legal closing time of 2 a.m., 11 p.m. on the patio.
