Blenheim Residents Clash with Council over Noisy Building Site

BLENHEIM, MARLBOROUGH, JUN 22 – A Blenheim resident disputes the council over unrestricted construction noise at an industrial site developing a 50-lot business park, with no official operating hour limits in place.

Dave McFarlane, left, and his partner Dorothy Lewis say the construction site near their property has been operating at all hours of the day.
