Blaze Blackens Four Acres, Damages Structure in Nuevo

A fire that broke out Monday on the east end of Nuevo scorched about four acres and damaged an outbuilding before being stopped. The non-injury blaze was reported just after 4 p.m. in the 23000 block of Nuevo Road, just east of Menifee Road, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
