Blanchet commits to collaborating with Carney

Forget a "confrontation parliament." The leader of the Bloc Québécois extended his hand to the Liberal leader. Yves-François Blanchet described Mark Carney as "talking" and said he was ready to work with him on a quick resolution of the trade war with the United States.
