Black Afro-Oaxaqueño people bring voices, ideas and feelings to the new Constitution of the State

COMMUNICATE Oaxaca de Juárez, Oax. March 30, 2025.- This weekend was held the ninth Information and Social and Citizen Participation Meeting, History of the Constitutions of Oaxaca and proposals to reform the Constitution of 1922; in the Costa, where for the first time the voices, ideas and feelings of the Afro-Oaxaqueño Black people were heard, which will form part of the new normative framework of the entity.
