BILLERICA — The chaos on the Billerica Select Board continued Thursday afternoon after a third special meeting in two weeks resulted in a vote to reorganize the board officer positions, a move and meeting which original Chair Michael Rosa called “illegal.” The reorganization was supported by board members Jillian Pavidis, John Burrows and Daniel Darris-O’Connor.
